What to Expect
When you book an event with Iowa City DJ, you can rest assured that Drew will play the music that you want to hear. Many DJs tend to play the music that they like, and some even refuse to take requests. Iowa City DJ is nothing like that. Having a wedding and want all country music? You got it. Want to have an all-oldies style sock hop? Drew can do that. Remember, this is your event, and Drew will accommodate the playlists according to what you want.
Shortly after booking your event, Drew will send you a questionnaire for you to fill out and return, along with a contract and deposit/cancellation information. You will be asked what kind of music you want, what songs you definitely want to hear, any songs you do not want to hear (yes, it is okay to say "no Y.M.C.A.!"), and any other information pertinent to the event you are holding. After receiving the completed forms back from you, Drew will be sure to have all your music available and ready to go.
On the day of your event, Drew will arrive at least 2 hours in advance. (You will not be charged for any set-up/tear-down time.) This allows him ample time to set up and make sure everything checks out before start time. He will then be sure to finalize any last minute plans with you before the event starts, and will welcome any immediate changes/requests prior to (and during) the event itself.
Combine all of this with an affordable low price and you have the recipe for an exciting and fun event that will be remembered forever!
